Spicy Kerala Fish Curry with Coconut Milk

Every Kerala home has its own fish curry. This one is spicy and tangy with tamarind, rounded off with thick coconut milk – and like all good fish curries, it tastes even better the next day.
Tips from the Ruchippura kitchen
- Once the fish goes in, swirl the pot rather than stirring, so the pieces stay whole.
- Switch off as soon as the coconut milk is in – don’t let it boil.
- Keeps for two days in the fridge.
